Strategic Partner Manager – Greek or Polish Market
We are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity to work with one of our Global IT clients as a Strategic Partner Manager based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in sales and business development.
The role of Strategic Partner Manager in the Emerging Markets is a unique and exciting role involves complete ‘market ownership’ and a high level of business development. In this capacity, you will fully ‘own’ the entire market, working with senior stakeholders in the organisation to build an audacious vision & plan for the market.
The current team is made up of high-achieving specialists who work with partners in online advertising. They thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented and international environments. On this team, you proactively identify, develop, support and maximize revenue opportunities from existing and new partners. The team strives to exceed partner expectations through building, supporting and maintaining long-term win-win relationships.
The role involves close collaboration between internal functional teams as well as counterparts across the entire organisation and Country Managers, Industry Specialists & Local Direct Sales teams, as well as the Global Emerging Markets team.
Optimise the value proposition to existing strategic partners through direct 1:1 interactions in person & via the phone, offering them access to the full suite of product solutions.
Acquisition of new strategic partners to increase the value of products.
Drive market growth through 1:1 and scalable interactions with medium sized partners.
Analyse data, trends, and partner performance and develop robust strategic plans for partners, quarterly regional sales plans and long-term regional business plans.
Offer support to non-strategic partners through online and scalable solutions.
Work cross-functionally within the team and the wider organisation.
Work on multiple Pan-European projects depending on the business need.
We are looking for a self-driven, enthusiastic and analytical individual, with strong communication skills and a proven track record working in a sales environment with following preferred qualifications:
- Fluent in Greek or Polish and English.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven ability to independently prioritise, plan, and organize sales activities.
- Exemplary project management, organisation and prioritisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical, strategic-thinking with strong problem-solving skills and local market knowledge.
**This is an 11-month contract**
