Project Manager (Business Strategy and Operations)
We are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity to work with one of our Global IT clients as a Project Manager (Business Strategy and Operations) based in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of project management/coordination and administration experience.
The Project Manager role sits within Customer Experience in the EMEA Central ‘Go To Market’ (Business Strategy and Operations) team. The Customer Experience team are responsible for listening to advertiser and agency feedback and implementing programs to act on this feedback. We enable the delivery of excellent experiences to develop deep partnerships with our Customers and help them to grow their business.
This role is to partner with the EMEA Customer Experience team to lead the launch and implementation of our annual survey in EMEA, develop and refresh resources to equip EMEA-wide sales teams to action Customer insights and to provide document support on presentations.

You will anticipate the needs of your manager and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and issues before they arise. In addition to being organized, structured and creative, you possess the strong business judgement and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of stakeholders and job functions.
The primary responsibilities for this role are:
Project manage and lead on the delivery of EMEA-wide survey; coordinating with sales teams on data cleaning and review, leading on EMEA-wide communications, responding to sales teams’ questions on the survey process.
Lead all survey troubleshooting across EMEA.
Partner with the team on survey coordination with a global team.
Develop resources needed to implement survey across EMEA (timeline documentation, internal comms, instructions on actioning survey actions).
Develop actionable insights from customer surveying and develop resources to help sales’ teams action improvement areas
BA/MA degree or equivalent working experience.
3+years of experience in project coordination/management.
3+ years of admin experience (logistics, scheduling).
Experience in presentation creation.
Excellent communication skills and ideally influencing experience.
