Title: Mutual FUnds Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Compliance to SLAs (Productivity / Quality / Governance)
- The successful candidate will have experience managing client expectations as well as their own staff
- You should be adaptable to client demands and market changes
- Be a quick thinker in offering solutions to requirements on the client side
- Be an out of the box thinker and track potential issues and remove them before the client flags or has concerns
- Offer insight to team production, hiring and attrition
- Timely collection of data from analysts to prepare daily internal/external reports
- Timely preparation and submission of daily internal/external reports
- Resolution of escalations in the system and end-to-end responsibility for the execution
- Day-to-day monitoring of task assignments and work allocations
- Monitoring of pending tasks in the system and their timely clearance
- Maintenance of Production level, Qualitative standards and timely execution of tasks by analysts
Responsibilities to the team:
- Offer best practice sharing in order to maximize the value of the work the team is doing
- Be available for 1-2-1s with staff
- Be aware of conflicts within the team and offer conflict resolution
- Remove any impediments that may be blocking the team from delivering high value work
- Be transparent with team progress and client satisfaction
- Offer career paths based on analyst skill set and utilize analyst potential
Skills & experience required:
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills required
- Experience tracking, building and maintaining reports
- Interest in people management and proven track record of maintaining team deliverables
- 2 years exp in client relationship management
- Experience in hiring team members and building teams
- Be competent in coaching through disciplinary processes.
