Requirements

  • Ability to answer calls (in both French & English) from agents/customers in a courteous manner in line with company guidelines.
  • Ability to deal directly (written and by phone) in French with French travel agents/group operators
  • Administration duties including emails.
  • Participation in the acquisition of new business via outbound calls/emails/letters.
  • A good knowledge of our website content and ability to help customers who may require assistance.
  • Translation services for our French website content from English into French
  • Assisting with text for various French market marketing related activities (emails, advertisements etc.)
  • Excellent Customer Service with the ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including effective listening.
  • An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written skills – French and English
  • To understand and have a reasonable knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Web Chat etc.)
