Requirements
- Ability to answer calls (in both French & English) from agents/customers in a courteous manner in line with company guidelines.
- Ability to deal directly (written and by phone) in French with French travel agents/group operators
- Administration duties including emails.
- Participation in the acquisition of new business via outbound calls/emails/letters.
- A good knowledge of our website content and ability to help customers who may require assistance.
- Translation services for our French website content from English into French
- Assisting with text for various French market marketing related activities (emails, advertisements etc.)
- Excellent Customer Service with the ability to prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including effective listening.
- An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written skills – French and English
- To understand and have a reasonable knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Web Chat etc.)
