Job Title: Trade Finance Middle Office – Client support 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Management of Client Queries received by e-mail and phone
  • System monitoring and reporting
  • Management and production of relevant KPI’s
  • Maintenance of procedures and controls
  • Preparation and upload to CSC of manual client programs
  • Verification of manual client invoices discounts
  • Production of manual client reports
  • Compliance requirements
  • To manage registration of suppliers for new and existing Vendor Financing programs.
  • Lead Supplier Onboarding in new and existing programs.

 

Qualifications & Experience Requirements :

  • Business/Finance 3rd level qualification
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in banking operations
  • Proficiency with general IT system applications
  • Customer Support experience
  • Knowledge of Global Trade Service products an advantage but not essential
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear and Concise communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
