Technical Support Analyst Windows Environment Financial Client D2 Salary around €35,000 plus benefits Ref 54757

Would you like to work with a Successful Financial Services Client based in D2. they require a Technical Support Analyst for a Permanent role.  

Responsibilities (Including )

  • Troubleshoot and Diagnose faults with high profile applications
  • Respond to Desktop and Laptop faults
  • Work and collaborate with Virtual Teams across a number of countries
  • Customer Support

Your Background:

  • Degree Preferred.
  • 2 Years previous support experience is desirable
  • Strong experience in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment
  • Some knowledge with Windows 2008 / 2012 Servers
  • Support of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual resources
  • MCP  
  • Some Knowledge of Outlook and Lotus Notes
  • Experience in Customer Facing and Phone support
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
