Would you like to work with a Successful Financial Services Client based in D2. they require a Technical Support Analyst for a Permanent role.
Responsibilities (Including )
- Troubleshoot and Diagnose faults with high profile applications
- Respond to Desktop and Laptop faults
- Work and collaborate with Virtual Teams across a number of countries
- Customer Support
- Degree Preferred.
- 2 Years previous support experience is desirable
- Strong experience in a Windows 7 and Windows 10 environment
- Some knowledge with Windows 2008 / 2012 Servers
- Support of Video Conferencing and Audio Visual resources
- Some Knowledge of Outlook and Lotus Notes
- Experience in Customer Facing and Phone support
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
