Duty Manager (Non Food)Dublin
The Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the store, providing leadership to his/her team, dealing with the day to day operations, people management, food quality, scheduling, budgeting, and all aspects associated with successfully managing a restaurant.
The Store Manager will have a minimum of 3 years experience at Management level in the catering/quick non food sector and demonstrate the following:
Strong leader and developer of teams
Possess business savvy/experience of cost and sales management
Excellent organisational and planning skills
A people person
