Service Delivery Manager – Cloud & Managed IT
My client is a leading provider of Cloud Services and Managed IT as a Service, they have an opportunity available for a Services Delivery Manager to join them and ensure a high standard of technical excellence in all aspects of service and project delivery for their customers across their IT infrastructure solutions. Key to this is to ensure all aspects of the delivery of the Services Team activity is delivered in line with SLAs and customer expectations and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As you’d expect this role involves close client liaison with responsibility for developing these lasting relationships and ensuring that delivery, support and advice is above and beyond client expectations.
You’ll be the customer expert across the business, ensuring governance is adhered to in line with ITIL and working with Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure project services offered aligned with the strengths of the business.
Project Management skills will also be required to manage the lifecycle of the projects along with CI for the PM framework.
This role will require in depth knowledge on use of the various technology platforms for the delivery of Service Delivery and Project Services to clients.
