Title: Senior Implementation Manager

Duties:

  • Participation in consultation and structuring meetings with SCM Marketers, Trade Managers and Clients in relation to the platform and operational aspects of new programmes
  • Contribution to RFIs and RFPs for E-Trade and Operational elements
  • Provision of E-Trade platform presentations and training to Clients and marketing teams
  • Lead the on-boarding of third-party platform providers
  • Lead the implementation of Supply Chain programmes booked in Ireland on the Bank’s E-Trade platform environment 
  • Upskill other members of the team to implement programs hosted on external third party platform providers
  • Liaise with product managers & ITO teams in initiating and parameterising the E-Trade platforms to reflect the approved commercial structure.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of e-trade tools in connection with the product managers & ITO teams.
  • Coordinate with Trade Middle and Back Offices in designing operational processes
  • Communicate status updates to all stakeholders
  • Carry out first level checks on credit documents, insurance documents and key operational aspects of legal documents
  • Liaise with all relevant departments to implement program specificities which fall outside theE-trade platform
  • Reporting/Monitoring: To prepare as required statistics for E-Trade Dashboard and Dublin Statistics To review / prepare ad hoc analyses of programmes for SCM Marketers 
  • Chairing / Participation in OTC meetings 
  • Act as an escalation/co-ordination point for queries raised by stakeholders
  • Liaise with Dublin Operational Departments to streamline processes
  • To train and support a junior resource in developing his/her knowledge of the E-Trade aspect of the deals.

Experience Required: 

  • Fluent English & French required
  • 2 – 3 years supply chain / banking operations experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in person and by phone, excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of the business, to clients and external service providers
  • Team Leading
  • Logical and analytical skills with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • An organised approach to work with good attention to details
  • Ability to deliver within tight timeframes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, across jurisdictions
