Senior Human Resources Manager

 

Our Client based in Dublin City Centre and within the Legal Services Sector are looking to appoint a HR Manager for a specified period of time to cover maternity leave commencing October 2019.The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience within a Senior HR role ideally within the legal sector.

This role is very much a standalone position, working with the Senior Management Team in the delivery of the strategic plan by providing support, HR advice and guidance.  

Reporting into the Finance and Operations Director some of the responsiblities will include:

  • Recruitment, selection and overseeing implentation of the L&D Programme
  • Implementation of policies and procedures in line with regulatory and legislative amendments
  • HRIS and administration of benefits
  • Liaison with the Senior Management team for all internal communications relating to HR
  • Employee Relations

An essential requiement for this role is a Degree or Masters in HR with CIPD membership combined with experience and strong application of skills in the organisation and management of your workload.   This is an opportunity to extend your skilss of working with a Senior Management Team within a fantasic corporate enviroment. There is a retention bonus in addition to the basic salary offered.

The salary is circa €70K pro rata +bonus, dependent on experience.
