Sales Enablement Platform Co-ordinator
We are currently recruiting for an amazing opportunity to work with one of our Global IT clients as a Sales Enablement Platform Co-ordinator, based in Dublin.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced online platform administrator to join a successful team in a dynamic and fast paced growth environment. You will become part of the global Sales Enablement team, tasked with equipping our global sales and servicing teams to reach their targets.
The main responsibilities will be around content management, user management, measurement and reporting. This will be a sole contributor role but involve a huge amount of cross functional work with the rest of the Sales Enablement team and our stakeholders to ensure that all teams are maximizing the benefits available to them.
Manage an exceptional user experience that encourages adoption and engagement growth as part of the global Sales platform team
Manage an outstanding content library with the right content available to the right person at the right time.
Measure, track and report key metrics that inform decision making, including user adoption, team effectiveness and content availability
Support a global base of 2000 users to ensure that all our users are well supported and advised on how to best use the platform
Support the wider team Manage with administration support for user permissions, governance processes and training
Experience of strong administrative skills essential
Previous experience of managing Seismic in a global sales organization preferred
Previous experience of working with sales teams in a large enterprise level company desirable
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a good attention to detail
