Sales Account Manager – Cloud, IT Managed Services
My client delivers Managed IT and Cloud Services to clients, as an Account Manager you’ll be responsible for developing long term relationships with existing customers. It is key to ensure that their existing IT needs are being met and they continue to remain a customer and ultimately buy more services and further develop growth within those customers.
Managing a portfolio of accounts, you’ll be positive and proactive in your approach, developing a positive relationship with customers.
You’ll be the point of contact for clients, you’ll understand them, their issues / problems and how you can generate sales based on your experience with them.
Your background will need to be within an IT environment, specifically with knowledge of Cloud Technologies and delivering Cloud Services and Managed IT Services.
You’ll be a presenter will a proven background in Sales, somebody that develops strong working relationships and delivers high customer satisfaction.
