To provide an outstanding student experience, working with the team to deliver high quality customer service

Ensure Health & Safety policy and fire safety procedures are adhered to at all times

Promote and deliver service and sales standards within the team, leading by example

Effectively manage customer service, complaint handling (including complaints and flat disputes) customer-related issues and incident response at the Residence, role modelling outstanding customer service to the team

Contribute to the delivery of all KPIs ensuring all team members are aware of (and are equipped to deliver) their targets relating to sales, debt, customer service and Health & Safety

Ensure the Residence is adequately and appropriately staffed and the team is managed and developed (through coaching, feedback, formal training and addressing any underperformance), escalating issues as appropriate
