Quality Assurance Analyst – Fluent Turkish
On behalf of my client, we are currently seeking Quality Assurance Analysts with fluent Turkish.
Some of the main responsibilities include:
- Monitor the quality of the agent calls
- Help deliver an exceptional client experience by improving the performance and quality of the Client Services team
- Conduct call coaching sessions per client requirements
- Conduct QA evaluations per client requirements
- Conduct root cause and other data analysis
- Participate as a project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects
- Identify improvement opportunities within the Client Services support environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent Turkish / English
- Administrative and / or call centre experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be open and flexible to new ideas that may alter team goals.
Working hrs: Mon – Fri (Some weekend work OT might be required)
