Property/Facilities Manager


  • Meet new landlords
  • Arrange all paper work required for regulator
  • Arrange all works required to present a property for letting
  • Advertise and schedule viewings of property
  • Manage Tenant selection process
  • Check new tenants in at beginning of tenancy
  • Check tenants out at end of tenancy – carry out property inspection
  • Conduct Management visits of Rental Properties / follow up with landlord
  • Liaising with tenants throughout their lease, queries, maintenance, etc.
  • Lease management during a tenancy
  • Co-ordinating maintenance team for managed properties & keeping a log of same
  • Co-ordinating service of all gas/oil boilers


  • Previous eperience in a smiliar role
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
