Summary of the role:

The Business Solutions Department of the bank is responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of all business and systems related projects within the Bank. We are now seeking to strengthen this team with the recruitment of an ambitious and agile Project Manager/Business Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of a number of diverse projects respecting the Bank’s methodologies and processes. The person will be the local coordinator with various Head Office and 3rd party stakeholders and will provide regular status reporting for Senior Management

You need to be a team player, self-motivated, with good people skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and be ready to work in an agile environment within tight deadlines.

Main Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Business Requirements analysis
  • Manage the implementation of New Business Products
  • Communicate efficiently and clearly with stakeholders

Change Management

  • Build knowledge of Bank’s various business lines, core IT platforms and operation’s model
  • Review processes to deliver operational efficiencies and maintain process mapping
  • Build the Evolution Plan with all Stakeholders and manage the delivery with central and local ITO teams

Business Partner

  • Monitor business pipeline to predict operational impacts
  • Develop monthly analytical reporting packs


  • Project Status reporting for Management, Head Office and Business Steerco’s
  • Local representative for centrally sponsored projects
  • Day to day interaction with Head Office partners


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Project Management/Business Analysis skills with minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Financial Services sector
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Pragmatic and innovative approach to problem solving
  • 3rd level Qualification in IT, Engineering or Science
  • Experience in Business application design and/or implementations
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement (LEAN) would be an advantage
