Process Transformation Manager – Operations

A leading multinational is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to head up a specific global transition project.

The role will involve supporting staff and clients on a global scale, working with several work-streams on a process transformation initiative within their service transition division.

You will be responsible for identifying, acting on and implementing key change / transformation methods in order to improve overall performance.

You will track and report on project deliverables to senior management as well build strong client relationships. Experience working within a structured process design framework – Lean, Six Sigma etc. will be a huge advantage.

Experience required: 

  • Degree educated
  • 5 years’ experience in a process design, project or mobilization position from a Consulting, Services or Operations environment, preferably as part of a service transition team 
  • Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma etc. is a plus)
  • Proven interest in technology and innovation. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced, cross functional environment
  • Vendor management / set up experience is advantageous

Type: 9-10 month contract
