Experienced Personal Assistant Role Available in a Global Finance Firm based in Dublin City Centre.
Are you an experienced PA looking for a new opportunity?
Do you enjoy supporting a team in a busy, fast-paced environment?
Do you have strong organisational, diary management and communication skills?
Providing full secretarial support to the team,
Support in preparing presentations and proposals;
Managing the diaries of team, arranging client meetings and business related outings for team;
Provide cover for other departments when needed;
Provide administrative support service to a Partner, and some of his management team to include;
Preparing invoices and tracking payments;
Assist with ad-hoc duties as necessary.
2 years’ experience as a PA / Secretary;
High level of attention to detail;
A strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Knowledge of SAP and CRM systems or a similar database system is an advantage;
Strong organisational and time management skills;
A high level of written and verbal communication;
An ability to work unsupervised on day-to-day duties and tasks.
