As part of the Technology team, you’ll be responsible for working with the business team and the Financial Systems Team in the Procure to Pay work stream.  Understanding current processes, you’ll then recommend enhancements, re-architecting and improving technical solutions.

As you are able to work independently, the analysis of requirements for the Oracle P2P modules (Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Payables, and Inventory) will be your responsibility.  You will also be conducting pilots and FIT gap analysis, along with preparing design alternatives and design specification documents and providing management reporting for progress and status for all Business related Work Products / Deliverables.

This role will work closely with the IT Service Desk and operations to resolve any incident within an ITIL environment and participate in DR testing.  You will also need to co-ordinate and resolve issues arising from integrations between (Maximo and Oracle) with relevance to Purchasing and receipting.

You will also participate in and/or drive the securing and stabilization of the Oracle EBS solution minimizing operational exposures and risks.  Actively identify and deliver training for end users realising improvements involving process and technology and actively document support tasks relevant & usable by oracle support colleagues adhering to Lean principles e.g. eliminating forms of waste.

My client is looking for you to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a relevant degree / qualification.

Oracle R12 implementation experience with 3 or more of the following modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Payables or Inventory. 

Experience in all life cycle stages of implementation and BAU including Requirement Gathering, GAP analysis, Solution Design, System Configuration, Custom Development, Business Testing, Integration Testing, UAT, Training, Cut-over & Project coordination;

Adherence to ITIL v3 with a focus on incident, service request, problem management and continuous improvement.

You must be able to independently manage simultaneous projects, communicate effectively, and have a customer-service oriented approach.
