The Roles:

Our clients seek candidates who have some of the following;

  • Excellent MS office skills (especially MS Word and Excel)
  • Reception
  • PA, EA experience
  • Diary management
  • Facilities Administration
  • Coordination
  • Customer Service
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Data Entry
  • Sales admin
  • Some assignments are receptionist roles so candidates with switchboard experience is a big plus!
  • Recent previous office experience desirable
  • Professional, flexible attitude with a strong work ethic and proven reliability in previous roles
