Office Supplies Customer Support

Salary: 25K with 25 days annual leave

Location: Dublin 12

Working hours: 9-5, Monday – Friday

Customer Support Responsibilities:

Onboarding new clients

Creation of quotations

Dealing with customer delivery issues, requests, complaints via phone, email and a ticketing system

Contacting the delivery team and relaying the information back to the customer

Working as part of the team to ensure happy customers

Having a can-do attitude with a passion for people 🙂

The client would prefer someone from a retail or office supply background with strong IT skills.
