Office Manager / PA


Salary: 40k-45k

Location: Dublin city centre

Excellent opportunity for an Office Manager to join a growing company in Dublin. This is a permanent role in Dublin city centre. 

Office Manager Duties:

  • Supervising Administration Team and overseeing smooth running of a busy office
  • Booking meetings and travel arrangements
  • PA duties to Director
  • HR Duties: Managing employee leave, coordinating staff training programmes and processing staff payroll
  • Liase with IT Dept on any IT/System issues
  • Processing invoices and some general sales administration
  • Liasing with Project Managers on client fee’s
  • Creat new client account details, ensuring all necessary information is provided
  • Credit Control
  • Ensuring smooth running of all Accounts Payable issues
  • Running weekly/monthly invoice and payment reports
  • Meet & greet clients
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required

Candidate requirements:-

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Diary management skills
  • Exemplary communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
