Office Administrator – Property

Salary: 26k-28k DOE

Duration: Permanent

Great opportunity near Dublin City Centre for a strong administrator or graduate with some admin experience and excellent technical competencies. Role is within property but happy to look at administrative CVs from all backgrounds

Key responsibilities:

  • General office administration / maintenance management
  • Drafting of leases, PRTB registration, booking in of property inspections etc
  • Chasing rent/ credit control
  • Data Entry
  • Reporting
  • Liaising with both Landlords & Tenants
  • Dealing promptly and efficiently with client queries
  • Ad hoc project and administration work as required
  • Use Zero to create invoices
  • Post rent and upload properties to Letman

Key requirements:

  • A strong administration background
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is imperative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • A flexible, positive attitude towards work
  • An ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Friendly, pleasant telephone manner
  • Prior property experience is desirable but not essential
