The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a small and very busy office in Dublin City Centre. Would suit someone from legal or medical secretarial background.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Team administration, dictaphone typing, emailing, faxing, filing etc
  • Report generation
  • Drafting and formatting letters
  • Checking & ordering office or event supplies/stock
  • All ad hoc duties as requested by management


  • Minimum 2 years similar administrative experience in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Previous dictaphone typing experience is essential.
  • Very fast typing speeds
  • Great attention to detail
