Position: Support Specialist
Location: Dublin City Centre
Duration: 11 Month Contract
I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 2 Support Analyst to join one of the world’s most recognisable brands based in state of the art offices in Dublin City Centre on an 11-month contract.
The partner support specialist will be responsible for escalations from the managed service provider on onboarding issues and will work closely with the team to provide feedback in order to help improve current processes, communication, training etc to help increase efficiency within the operations globally.
