Lead Generation Associate Italian or Dutch

In this position you are responsible for engaging prospects, discover their needs, asking qualifying questions, capturing detailed notes, recommending course of action and routing prospects to the correct disposition path.

Key responsibilities:

1. Systems Knowledge: 

  • Use Salesforce.com (“SFDC”) systems to ensure customer data is accurate and actionable 
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and campaigns in SFDC 
  • De-duplicate new leads against the existing database of prospects and customers 
  • Leverage 3rd party prospect and account intelligence tools 
  • Navigate, analyze and interpret technical documentation for products 
  • Leverage a Learning Management Solution (“LMS”) for training and certification 

2. Team and Individual Goals: 

  • Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators, like service-level-agreement (“SLA), conversion rates, opportunities and pipeline 
  • Support campaign specific initiatives for marketing qualified demand from events, webinars or paid media efforts 
  • Help team members or advise managers on creating efficiencies in workflow and training 
  • Collect and codify best practices between sales, marketing, and sales engineers 

3. Sales Development: 

  • Strive for exceptional customer engagement by providing relevant, accurate and timely information about teams and products 
  • Triage prospective customers based on the express, or uncovered, needs of their business 
  • Recommend mutually beneficial courses of action to help prospects address business needs and help the team achieve business goals 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like sales, support, marketing and partnerships, to address the needs of our prospects 
  • Maintain a high-level of product and sales expertise through continuous training 

4. Communication 

  • Effectively use productivity tools, email, telephony, chat and video conference solutions 
  • Display a proactive and positive attitude in all engagements with prospects and customers 
  • Maintain high levels of outreach activity over email, chat, phone and social media to engage prospective customers 

5. Lead Management 

  • Quickly assess and prioritize leads from sales, trials, partners, and other sources 
  • Assign leads to different campaigns and current pilot programs 
  • Leverage current partner relationships when supporting customer needs 
  • Route leads to qualified partners for customized solutions

Skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with strong academic background
  • fluent in written and spoken Italian OR Dutch and English
  • 1+ years experience in sales, marketing/business development (preferably at a high-tech company)
  • familiarity with IaaS, SaaS industry and competitive landscape
  • strong communication skills, work ethic  and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • ability to assess a prospect’s needs and recommend a course of action 

Contract: 11 months via Eden Recruitment

Salary: €16.71/hr = €34,756.8 pro rata p/a + free gym, free canteen, 25 days holidays
