Italian with French Customer service agent
Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers using multiple sales channels.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written level of Italian and French and English
- Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
- Previous experience with MS Office is a bonus, but training will be provided
- Ability to continually display positive attitude
- Weekend working is part of the position
- Dealing with customer queries through multiple sales channels (email, telephone and social media)
- Providing assistance to members of the travel trade with booking issues or queries
- Assist with the day to day running of our loyalty schemes
- Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilate quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
Salary: €25K + holiday pay, training, cycle and travel to work scheme, free/discounted trips to France and UK
