Job Title: Investor Services Administrator
Responsibility of the Role:
Primary responsibility is to ensure the teams work is completed accurately and within a timely manner
Collaborate with colleagues throughout the business to ensure clients receive levels of service at all times.
- Ensure all investor and client correspondence is distributed,stored and dispatched in a timely manner
- Provide input into planning and controlling the teams workload and workflow
- Completed second level education
- Some Administration experience desirable but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Service Oriented and customer focused
- Ability to ensure deadlines controls and procedures are adhered to.
- Strong Attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable
