Title: Inventory Management Administrator 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of Inventory Purchases and Sales using System and manual processes
  • Processing of client funding requirements
  • Control of processes
  • Implementation of new client Inventory Management programmes
  • Reconciliation of inventory with internal and external systems
  • Reconciliation of company cash accounts
  • Customer, business and audit Queries
  • General ad hoc administration tasks

Experience Required:

  • Business/Finance 3rd level qualification preferable
  • Minimum 2 years of banking / commercial / accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting processes
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, Powerpoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Clear and Concise communication skills
  • Strong Organisational skills
