Inhouse Recruiter

Location: Dublin
Contract: 11 months

Tech company  looking for an In-House Technical Recruiter to join the Human Resources team, based in Dublin. We continue to enjoy a sustained period of growth within our learning services division and need to extend our product development teams capability with talented Product Engineers. Successful candidate will not only be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, but will implement recruitment strategy and be responsible for outlining company culture and candidate experience


  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searched, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the industry leading talent to each role
  • Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs, advanced resourcing methods to build and maintain an optimal candidate pipeline
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the short and medium term requirements, which deliver panels of candidates.
  • Have the appropriate technical background to realise resourcing talent that is available within the market, conferences and open source communities
  • Coordinate both interview and hiring discussions with appropriate interviewer and hiring managers
  • Take ownership of internal hiring process and reflect it in the ATS
  • Be an advocate of employee experience and actively contribute to team-building initiatives
  • Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates and generate offer letters


  • Strong understanding of the software engineering community and a track record of delivering against technical requirements
  • 2+ years technical sourcing experience with a search firm or inhouse Technical Recruiting Team
  • Proven experience engaging passive candidates
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
  • Ability to think outside the box and use creative sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, social media and general  trends within recruitment
  • Results driven with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to effectively influence and drive toward results in a fast-paced environment
