Contract: Permanent

Salary: €24,800 p/a

Location: Grand Canal, Dublin 2

Working Hours (rotational): Tuesday to Saturday: 6am to 3pm and / or Sunday to Thursday: 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Manage and regularly review cases  and follow up on open tickets
  • Review and analyse reported issue details
  • Provide feedback on trends identified in review
  • Assisting the quality analyst and reporting analyst in driving quality customer care outcomes
  • Diagnose and solve problems facing company clients
  • The role involves dealing with customers mainly via email. Occasional projects may require contact over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about social media platforms and services
  • Experienced at using search engines to research information on the internet
  • Motivated
  • Familiar with MS office (mainly excel) for updating progress
  • Excellent Interpersonal & Written Skills
  • Fluent English and Indonesian speaker
  • Self-starter, can easily adapt to change (new functionality, changing policies)
  • Good problem solver
  • Valid work permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis
