HR Generalist required for leading corporate international company based in Dublin City Centre 

Salary guide 45-48k DOE

9 month contract

Our client are seeking an experienced HR Generalist (4-5 years experience) who has a proven ability to work in a fast paced corporate environment to join a busy HR team and be involved in all facets of the generalist function  

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily requests and queries from employees in a timely and professional manner;
  • Provide training to employees and Management on various topics, including performance management and interview skills.
  • Conduct HR administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner ensuring high levels of attention to detail;
  • Update the HR System and maintain records and employee information in accordance with HR policies and procedures;
  • Liase with hiring managers, conduct interviews, and drive the recruitment process
  • Conduct all exit interviews and prepare the leaver paperwork; 
  • Draft monthly payroll
  • Manage any grievance and disciplinary issues in line with Company policies and procedures;
  • Provide monthly reports to Management including turnover and headcount reports;
  • Liaise with the Compliance department to gather the documents
  • Manage the Company benefit schemes and annual scheme renewals;
  • Liaise with vendors as required in a professional manner;
  • Liaise with managers to organize, develop and promote training courses; 
  • Assist with additional ad-hoc duties and projects as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Third level qualification or equivalent  in Human Resource Management
  • Experience within a financial services organisation an advantage
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working with a HR System
  • Good working knowledge of Irish employment legislation
  • Flexible, adaptable and proactive individual with the ability to work on own initiative
