CIPD or similar qualification.
5+ years experience in HR.
Experience in dealing with disciplinary issues, appraisals, and rostering for a large team.
Strong people management skills
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Proven ability to lead a large team
Customer service focused
Advanced microsoft word & excel
Experience working within wage cost Budgets.
Proven track record as a HR Manager dealing with high volume of staff.
