HR Coordinator

Permanent, full time, HR coordinator role available in South Dublin for a leading European real estate and facility management organisation. 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Coordinator. Assisting with coordinating the recruitment team sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to fulfil company hiring needs. Key elements of this position are developing strategic recruitment functions for all departments within the company – engineering, catering, soft services, commercial and contract management.

Some key things we are looking for are:

– Experience using creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn.
– Must be strategy focused
– Familiar with CRM systems
