This Helpdesk Compliance Administrator role with Maximo experience required for a leading company based in Dublin West

3 month contract with a view to perm

€14 per hour

  • Scheduling Contractors with assistance of Contracts Managers and Contractors H&S documents
  • Generating monthly contract reports for Contracts managers and Technical Services Management
  • Communicating with clients and ensuring timely resolution to work orders
  • Scheduling technicians work orders and maintenance activities
  • Generating Purchase Orders for Sub contractors and Technicians
  • Tracking PO spend against contracts
  • Managing Compliance documents for contracts and ensure timely upload of documents
  • Ensuring KPI & SLA are achieved across contracts and monitoring status of work-orders daily
  • Generating purchase orders and assisting with client invoicing
  • Assisting with compliance of ISO standards and company policies and procedures
  • Preparing quotes for additional works for clients
  • Ensuring health and safety rules are delivered and followed
  • Working towards continuous improvements on systems and procedures
  • Providing schedules to technicians on a daily and weekly basics
  • Assisting with action plans following audits and corrective action plans
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Ad hoc duties, as required


  • Skills Essential to the candidate for this role:
  • A self-motivated individual with a professional and mature attitude is essential
  • Self-starter and ability to lead and empower team members
  • Maximo experience essential
  • Good communication skills and fluent use of English is a must for this role
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills essential – particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • An experienced all-rounder is needed with a can do attitude, someone who is helpful and willing to assist in all situations that can arise from day to day
  • Discretion and confidentiality at all times is necessary when dealing with clients
