Healthcare Recruitment Administrator
AGC Healthcare is a leading healthcare recruitment firm with offices in Navan Co Meath. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our Team.
Duties will include:
• Assisting in the day to day recruitment activities – handling candidate enquiries, posting job advertisements and updating the social media websites
• Sourcing candidates using job boards, adverts and social media.
• Liaising with candidates via telephone to identify potential candidates looking for new roles.
• Preparing shortlists of candidates, formatting CV’s, and arranging interviews
• Recording recruitment data accurately in the Company database and in a timely manner
o have experience working in a Healthcare environment
o have excellent attention to detail
o have excellent verbal and written communication skills
o be able to process data accurately and quickly,
o be able to prioritise tasks appropriately
o work with confidence and professionalism.
