We currently have a number of vacancies for Fresh Food / Deli Managers in our stores in the Dublin region. The primary job function of the Fresh Food / Deli Manager is to take accountability for their department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer care and operational standards to maximise sales and profitability whilst maintaining costs.
Inspiring performance of team through coaching to deliver outstanding results and customer service.
Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
Supervise employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters.
Manage product storage, maintenance and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilage.
Assist in preparation of inventory and sales budgets.
Analyze profit and loss statements and recommend improvements to meet department goals.
Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
Respond to queries and complaints from both customer and employees.
Coordinate with employees to operate the Deli store to achieve sales goals.
Ensure that products are properly labelled with prices and dates.
Ideally 1 year+ experience in a Supervisory role in Fresh foods or Deli counter.
