French speaking customer service agent role, Dublin 1

Overview

Provide a professional, friendly and efficient service to customers using multiple sales channels.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Excellent written English and French
  • Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi task
  • Previous experience with MS Office is a bonus, but training will be provided
  • Knowledge of social media applications (such as Facebook & Twitter)
  • Ability to continually display positive attitude
  • Weekend working is part of the position

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customer queries through multiple sales channels (email, telephone and social media)
  • Providing assistance to members of the travel trade with booking issues or queries
  • Assist with the day to day running of our loyalty schemes
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilate quickly to new promotional offers and programs.

 Salary: 25K p/a + holiday pay, training, cycle and travel to work scheme, free/discounted trips to France
