Duties to include, but not limited to:

  • Final Financial Reports:  Email requests/log reports received/follow up on reports out-standing.
  • Letters of Variations: Manage the variations email and log.
  • Administer Finance section of GEMS to clear down “Supplements/Write-offs”.
  • Filing, this is catch up on the 2019 filing and to help with the archiving of files
  • Reviewing and processing PPI Claims – checking numbers and dates (not a technical review)
  • Assisting with processing of Panel Member Forms (again checking numbers and dates)
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed


Full training will be given – but experience in working in similar environments and performing similar tasks
