Finance Administration Assistant
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Final Financial Reports: Email requests/log reports received/follow up on reports out-standing.
- Letters of Variations: Manage the variations email and log.
- Administer Finance section of GEMS to clear down “Supplements/Write-offs”.
- Filing, this is catch up on the 2019 filing and to help with the archiving of files
- Reviewing and processing PPI Claims – checking numbers and dates (not a technical review)
- Assisting with processing of Panel Member Forms (again checking numbers and dates)
- Ad-hoc duties as needed
Full training will be given – but experience in working in similar environments and performing similar tasks
