Reporting to: Facilities Manager

Location: Dublin 2

Contract: permanent

Working hrs: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Managing office stock and placing orders when needed
  • Setting up internal and external events when required
  • Liaising with staff throughout premises to best meet their facilities needs
  • Providing add-hoc support to senior team member in head office for office moves, conference suite setups as required.          
  • Managing office support duties such as mail room operation, deliveries and enquiries
  • Liaising with courier to take internal deliveries from Earlsfort 
  • Assisting senior team member with all stationery requirements for the premises, stock takes, deliveries
  • Providing access for service providers/maintenance people (e.g. electricians, furniture suppliers, fire safety equipment, security, etc.) 

Requirements:

  • High profile corporate environment experience
  • Highly organised and pro active
  • Have a professional, friendly, can do attitude and work well as part of a team
  • Maintain a high standard of professional conduct at all times
  • Capable of using own initiative
  • Able to prioritise and follow through on tasks to completion
  • Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be proficient in the use of computers, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be trained in correct manual handling techniques

Salary: €25K-€29K DOE

Annual Leave: 22 days
