To have responsibility for the daily operation and supervision of events (weddings, meetings etc) ensuring all areas are set in accordance with client specifications, and that requirements are delivered in compliance with the clients standards and ethos.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of the events team ensuring all areas are set prior to guest arrival in accordance with the relevant event order
Liaise with the client on arrival, acting as a point of contact for duration of the event
Ensure the friendly, efficient delivery of all requirements in accordanceh property standards & ethos
Ensure compliance with all HACCP regulations
Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures
Nurture a genuine team spirit providing good leadership while being respectful of individual diversity ensuring all employment law criteria are covered
Have responsibility for post event breakdown ensuring all equipment is treated respectfully and stored correctly
As required provide administration assistance scheduling staff, printing menus etc
Ensure statutory and best practice compliance for all Food & Beverage operations
Manage all stock transfer/ reconciliation sheets
Work closely with  Manager to promote food & beverage facilities, festivals & bespoke events via POS, promotional material & customer interaction
Perform any additional duties that may be assigned by your Manager as this role evolves
