Developer Support Analyst

We are seeking a Developer Support Analyst to join our Global IT client based in Dublin City Centre.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert in order to assess the developers needs and provide effective technical consultation
  • Be the point of contact for Platform developers and manage technical product issues and escalations, delivering the highest level of developer satisfaction
  • Decipher and troubleshoot bug reports and maintain communication with Product Engineering for further assessment
  • Build product insights from developer experience/sentiments and work with cross-functional partners to take appropriate action
  • Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelors or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant experience providing enterprise support in a technical environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Creative problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Self-driven nature with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Knowledge of the web technology stack
  • Programming and scripting experience (C++, PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Experience working with APIs
