Customer Service Representative
We are seeking Customer Support Agents who are focused on customer satisfaction, resolving issues and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Our client is a multinational ecommerce organisation, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for the online ticket exchange platform.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting issues which could include: shipping issues, lost event tickets, delivery problems and ticket replacements.
• Collaborate with the customer service and accounting teams to advise on payment or charge related queries
• Handle customer requests in an efficient, friendly and courteous manner
• Ensuring to record any call related information accurately into the database
• Serve as a final escalation point
• Go the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer experience for every customer
• Manage and exceed call centre metrics (QA, ASA, CSAT and NPS)
• Prepare and explain comprehensive reports
• Deliver work to the highest of quality to efficiently exceed customer expectations and company standards

• Must exercise discretion when handling sensitive information – be aware of GDPR regulations

• Be able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Positive attitude
• Show initiative, be a self-starter
• Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent listening skills
**This is a contract position for 9 months**
