Customer Service Agents – fluent German essential

Thes roles will involve dealing with clients in the German market and will be a mix of call centre duties and administration. There are various roles available within Dublin city centre and all require fluent German language ability (both spoken and written).

Essential qualifications:

  • 3rd level qualification
  • Fluent in both German and English – both spoken and written
  • Superb telephony / customer service agent experience – strong negotiations skills
  • Strong Word and Excel ability
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service levels at all times
  • SAP experience an advantage
  • Prior experience in financial services would be hugely beneficial though not essential

Pay:         €25k – €33k depending on role plus extensive benefits package
Location:  Dublin city centre – close to all public transport routes
