Corporate Banking Business Solutions Manager

This role is working with an international Banking group.   Applicants must have exposure to cross markets / interantional exposure within the large multinational client base.


  • Responsible for creating and mobilising a strategy for the offshore work efforts for HOST (short-term) and the entity (long-term)
  • Overall governance for Commerical Banking & Host functions – ensuring PLA are up to date and relevant calls and MI occur.
  • Provide distinct management, oversight and support for the HOST processes offshore, which enables the Head of Business Services to better focus on the core demands of their role.
  • Provide analysis and management information/insight including reporting, administration and operational support, governance and organisation for all of the offshore operations
  • Point of contact for onshore and offshore stakeholders when processes are migrating or re-migrating
  • Monitoring of monthly billing invoices which are recieved from Service centres
  • Working closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Running monthly governance meetings with local stakeholers – ie compliance, legal, line of business
  • Providing support to the head of business services as required.
  • Acting as a delegate/escalation point for Head of business Services in their absence
  • Assisting/leading  projects/ areas of change
  • Working on process improvements

Experience Required :

  • Previous management experience with onshore and offshore complexities, or related experience
  • Previous corporate banking experience, supporting banking operations
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively engage and mobilise onshore and offshore teams to deliver to a high standard of work quality
  • Ability to function in a matrix-management environment, while giving and receiving direction, assigning deliverables and prioritising competing demands
  • Exceptional organisational, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • International experience preferred, with experience of working across cultures
  • MS Office skills required
