Client Onboarding Business Analyst Funds – Must have Investor Services experience

Contract role – initially may lead to longer term opportunities within the company.


The objective of this role will be to, as part of the Business Change Management team, liaise with the various business teams both within and outside of the Investor Services department to analyse, document and implement requirements relating to client onboarding or business change requests.  

The Person:

The candidate should be an experienced Investor Services professional who is enthusiastic, bright and ambitious.  Previous experience in either client onboarding or project management would be of benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine project requirements by extracting them from the business or governing policies
  • Analyse and document requirements ensuring validation by the relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders including IT Department and Hub Support to ensure requirements are being met and delivery dates are on target
  • Continually monitor and manage any projects allocated to you ensuring regular meetings take place to track progress and key milestones
  • Effectively communicate the status of all projects to the relevant stakeholders and Senior Management
  • Ensure the smooth roll out of developments to a Go Live status
  • Proactively identify enhancements and efficiencies across the business
  • Be responsible for the co-ordination, tracking and distribution of team dashboards
  • Assist with new client onboarding up to fund launch
  • Prepare and issue Project Briefs, PID’s and BRD’s where necessary
  • Monitor status of developments with IT and Luxembourg Engineering 

Education and Professional Qualifications:

  • Ideally the candidate should have a Business qualification
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Investor Services Operations, preferably working on both mutual and alternative fund structures
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Visio
  • Knowledge of NTAS and/or MFTA would be preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • A willingness to develop personally
