Client Account Manager and Business Implementation – Custody Operations

You will be tasked with Client satisfaction by being the trusted and dedicated point of contact for Global Custody and by ensuring high quality level of service is consistently delivered within the defined framework of the SLA across all teams within CCS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the dedicated point of contact for Clients for Global Custody queries and issues
  • Provide proactive support for day to day and ongoing operational issues
  • Ensure high quality level of service is consistently delivered within the defined framework of the SLA across all teams within CCS
  • Ensure strong understanding of the Client and their requirements and expectations in order to proactively assist and offer solutions
  • Ensure the update and the quality of the ‘pipeline’ for the implementation of the projects
  • Ensure the communication and the monitoring of the projects
  • Actively participate on the ongoing improvement process of the operational implementation
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with Custody support functions based off shore
  • Ensure the ‘client event pipeline’ is regularly updated with quality information regarding upcoming implementation projects not only in terms of monitoring and control of the project but also in terms of internal distribution and visibility of this pipeline for information and action
  • Ensure a structured and regular communication and monitoring of client event projects
  • From a new client on-boarding or new client event perspective, manage the business Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the on-boarding process by proposing concrete and pragmatic solutions and leading, as necessary, Post Implementation Reviews



 Experience Required

  • 4 years + working within Custody 
  • Must have strong client on-boarding / client implementation within a custody environment
  • Previous involvement with projects / prcoess improvements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Third level qualification / project management training preferred
