Claims Handler Role Available in our Dublin office.  Key responsibilities are as follows:

  •      Dealing with clients to the satisfactory conclusion of their claims
  •      Negotiation with Insurers and Loss Adjusters
  •      Service and Administration of the claims files
  •      Compliance
  •      Knowledge/Training

Candidate Requirements:

  •      CIP Qualified or working towards qualification
  •      Strong customer focus
  •      2-5 years experience either in Claims or Commercial Insurance
  •      Ability to work on own initiative and also in team environment
  •      Ability to meet strict deadlines and at times work under pressure
  •      Motivated and Ambitious
  •      Strong computer/Microsoft office skills
  •      Enthusiastic
  •      Strong attention to detail
  •      Good Communication skills
  •      Well organised and have ability to multi task
  •      Possess the ability to think analytically and troubleshoot issues
