Reporting to the  Manager, this role will involve:

  • Working as part of the management team to ensure the efficient operation of the contract
  • Managing and organising staff
  • Preparation and presentation of food
  • Working knowledge of HACCP
  • Ensuring all standards e.g. Food Quality; Customer Care; Health & Safety etc are being adhered to
  • Other duties as assigned by the Chef Manager
  • Completing all records including temperature charts, financial records etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a high volume catering environment preferable
  • Good food skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as lead and direct a team
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible in all situations, in order to provide excellent customer service
