On behalf of my client – Health Technology business – I am currently looking for a Care Team Executive to join an existing team.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Follow up on customer queries  
  • Create new corporate clients accounts
  • Ensure that all client information is entered onto the database
  • Interact with patients via inbound/outbound telephone calls
  • Follow up where necessary on referrals, prescriptions, sick/work-notes
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Support, protect, and safeguard patient’s rights and interests
  • Secure appointments on behalf of patients with specialists
  • Liaise with medical professionals where necessary to resolve patient queries
  • Carry out additional duties and ad hoc projects as requested by the Supervisor/Manager.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a customer service role ideally within a healthcare environment
  • Competent working with technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, planning and follow-up skills

What’s on offer:

Salary: €28k +
